Extremely skilled or incredibly stupid ?....

I don’t normally do this; bad mouth others but this is really I need to get off my chest.

Spotted recently here in Kuching were 2 workers on top of a temple without any safety devices.

Now, this is either “Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon” kind of feat or some employer too cheap to equip their workers with safety harness.
